Sadagaat-USA, through its projects and programs in the category of health, seeks to promote health services for vulnerable groups who cannot find affordable treatment services by providing medical services, bringing health awareness, rehabilitating health facilities, providing medical devices and equipment, and training health personnel.

One of the fundamental rights of every human being is having the highest attainable standard of health. The right to health includes access to affordable and acceptable health services. Sadagaat charity organization aims to improve and enhance services and health care in Sudan in its various forms for the patients in need by creating a work environment for medical cadres by providing medical devices and increasing the capacity of health facilities in addition to training medical personal to improve health care and meet the shortage in various specializations to reduce the percentage of deaths resulting from the lack of adequate services for patients. The sector also aims to raise community awareness in several health aspects through various forms of awareness campaigns.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, constituting 13% of the total cases registered globally. According to the World Health Organization statistics, the incidence of breast cancer includes 25% of cancer cases that affect women; for every 100 cases of women, there is a case to men.

Sadagaat Charity Organization has contributed to raising awareness of Breast Cancer since 2014 under the name of “Ashan Bnhibk – Because we love you” the number of activities implemented reached 1,986. The number of direct beneficiaries, 433,253, and the number of cases, have undergone a clinical examination of 4,648 women. The activities are implemented inside and outside Khartoum State and implement activities in coordination with associations and organizations in the state to spread awareness of the dangers of breast cancer and ways to prevent it.
