Welcome to Sadagaat USA’s Salesforce Internship Program! We are excited to offer a unique, hands-on opportunity for aspiring Salesforce professionals from the Sudanese community. This intensive 6-week internship is designed to help you deepen your understanding and expertise in Salesforce while making a real impact on our nonprofit’s mission. THIS IS NOT A TRAINING COURSE.
During the program, you will wear two hats: first, as a Salesforce Business Analyst, where you’ll develop skills in gathering requirements, optimizing processes, and aligning Salesforce solutions with organizational needs. Then, you’ll transition into the role of a Salesforce Administrator, applying best practices in platform configuration, user management, and system administration.

Key requirements for the internship:
- Job Readiness: The intern is actively seeking employment and has the necessary skills and knowledge to secure a job.
- Technical Knowledge: They possess a solid understanding of Salesforce Admin roles and activities.
- Attendance: While two missed absences are acceptable, it’s important to minimize absences to ensure consistent progress and contribution to the team.
- Time Management: The intern is committed to dedicating sufficient time to their internship responsibilities.
- Teamwork: The intern is willing to collaborate with others, which is essential for success in a professional setting.
- Availability: The intern has no planned travel during the internship, ensuring uninterrupted participation.
- Communication: Encouraging clear and effective communication can further strengthen teamwork and collaboration.

- Standup meeting: Everyday (15 Minutes)
- Sprint Demo: At the end of every sprint (every week )

- Documentation Tool: Confluence
