The following humanitarian efforts were carried out by Sadagaat-USA:

 – Addressed the food shortages resulting from wartime circumstances by supplying and delivering food to 4,309 individuals.

– Successfully transported and distributed fuel and oxygen to various clinical facilities across Khartoum state.

– Promptly responded to ambulance requests, saving lives in critical situations.

– Provided water tanks to residential areas to mitigate the impact of the unstable water supply.

– Supported patients who couldn’t afford medication by covering the cost.

– Filled the gap in life-saving medications for clinics and hospitals in Khartoum.

– Prepared meals for hospitalized patients and their companions.

– In the east Gezira region, Sadagaat USA extended its support to 89 displaced families, encompassing 145 children below the age of 13. Among them, 25 children were dealing with chronic diseases, 6 women were pregnant, and 8 individuals were suffering from malnutrition. Additionally, the organization addressed the hygiene needs of 134 women.
